Comtechsa's philosophy is to encourage and enable community groups to take charge of the management, improvement and regeneration of their own community.
In an atmosphere of accessibility and openness, we aim to promote not only the education and understanding of how to achieve change in the built environment, but also how to achieve this in an environmentally sustainable way.
By fully involving the community, and encouraging the use of local labour and contractors, we pride ourselves on investing in services of benefit to the community.
