Charity Bank can offer loans for between £5,000 and £750,000, to be repaid over a period of between six months and ten years (25 years for loans secured on property) at affordable interest rates of between 5% and 7%. There is a one time an administration charge of 1% of the approved loan value, but no early repayment penalties are levied.
