Comtechsa staff attended the pre opening event of the Liverpool Echo Arena on Friday 4th January.
Whilst there Comtechsa was interviwed by the Daily Post.
Cllr Keith Turner, executive member for resources, attended with his partner, Rosie Jolly, director of Comtechsa, a community architecture firm based on Duke Street.
He said: “It’s stunning and we’ve been looking forward to it for a very long time.
“There were people who said it couldn’t be done and wouldn’t be on time, but they have been proven wrong now.
“It’s symbolic of the city’s regeneration.”
Chairman Nigel Mellor added: “Now we don’t have to go to Manchester.”
Comtechsa staff have the pleasure of attending the official opening of the Arena which takes place on Saturday 12th January.
