Feasibility Study
Project:
Improving internal layout incorporating the needs of the disabled, together with a new main frontage and additional large multi-purpose sports hall/play barn. Landscape works to be carried out as a later phase of the project.

General Information:
The Centre is well used by all ages of the community and has been extended on numerous occasions in the past. Unfortunately not all the materials match up and this gives an untidy appearance to the main frontage of the building.
Clients Needs:
The existing sports hall creates a lot of revenue for the Centre by the paying adults who use the hall in the evenings. Therefore an additional sports hall is required to be used solely by the young people. At the same time a new roof and external cladding is proposed to improve the watertightness and appearance of the building.
Funding:
The total project cost has been estimated to be in the region of £98,000. Several key funders in the area are being contacted at present including Sefton CVS, National Lottery and SRB.
