Project:
Proposed extension of Mary Seacole House to the basement floor of the adjacent building.

General Information:
The basement floor of the adjacent building is currently not utilised. Liverpool Housing Trust is being approached to lease out the basement to the Group.
This study is to explore the viability of the alterations required, including disabled access requirements of moving the present offices from the first floor of 91 Upper Parliament Street to 93's basement floor.
Since both the buildings are listed, Listed Building Consent will be required.

Clients Needs:
Due to increased demand of the services, Granby Community Mental Health Group needs additional accessible space.

Funding:
To be fundraised from National Health Service.
