General refurbishment & alterations to help improve accessibility for disabled users.

General Information:
Committee run members club, offering a wide range of activities and facilities from their existing premises including: Meeting/Conference Room, Pensioners Luncheon Club, Parents and Toddlers Group, After School Club, Keep fit,Youth & Social Club.

Clients Needs:
Their existing premises is a large single storey building housing a public bar in the middle, the community hall and other rooms are situated at the rear. The revenue generated from the bar is the sole source of income for the Association. Although there's an alternative single door at the side of the building, the main entrance into the building is through the bar.

Funding:
The construction has been estimated to be between £275,000 - £300,000 with the total project costing in the region of £440,000. The group is currently looking at what funding is available.

Completion:
Several sketch schemes where produced, one in particular was approved by the group and has been drawn up in more detail, together with a breakdown of the estimated cost envisaged to complete the project.
