Project:
Look at solution to provide sitting area at the back of the building and also fencing.
General Information:
At present the back yard is open and is used by the local industrial units as parking space. Wavertree CAB are keen to recover the use of their land and to this end are installing a fence.
Clients Needs:
The CAB is within a conservation area, so any work needs a formal planning application. The brief has been to work closely with the staff at the centre and to help adapted their ideas into a feasible garden.

Funding:
There is a deadline on the funding for the fencing which is the first phase of the garden. Funding applications and request for donations are on going with the project.
