Project:
Converting shop to new offices for the Chara Trust.

General Information:
Chara Trust is a community development and capacity building organisation. It operates from a single room within Toxteth Town Hall. In order to develop the services for more clientele, Chara needs to have a more prominent, larger and accessible building. 164 Windsor Street, Toxteth, has a ground floor shop unit that can be converted for Chara.

Clients Needs:
Due to increased demand for the provision of services by Chara, the Group needs additional offices and training spaces.

Funding:
To be sought from Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities. Estimated Project Cost: £51,000.

Completion:
Target Date: March 2006.
