27 Hope Street is a Georgian Grade II Listed Building. Alterations, repairs and refurbishment is required to make the services accessible to disabled persons, carrying out building maintenance repairs and general upgrading.

General Information:
The Lighthouse Project, formerly Merseyside Drugs Council, is one of the leading providers of services to substance misusers and those affected by substance misuse in UK. Established 35 years ago, it is one of the largest independent drugs agencies in the North West.
