Project:
To look at forming new parking areas on existing play area and looking at a new play area on an alternative site off Scotland Road.

General Information:
This project is about planning the use of open land around VNC.
There are plans to build houses on the existing 5-a-side football pitches on Bleinham St.
The existing playground causes disruption to its neighbours and the area of land off Scotland Road is at present under used.
This study aims to pull all these together and try to provide a satisfactory outcome.

Clients Needs:
The Group wants to carry out a consultation with the local community to identify their wishes.
