Project:
Proposed new pre-school facility for 20 children in Upton by Chester.
General Information:
The Upton URC Pre-School Association has been in existence since 1970. It is a registered charity. The Association feels that moving into Upton Heath grounds adjacent to Upton Primary School in a purpose made structure will be of great benefit to the children. This pre-school facility will also be able to provide a much needed breakfast and after school club.
Clients Needs:
With a tight financial budget and project revised start date of January 2007, options of traditional construction were excluded. A purpose made demountable structure is the preferred option.
Funding:
A business plan for the project has been prepared. The project will be funded by grants, donations and bank loans.
Completion:
Target Date: December 2006
