Our services are carried out on an "at risk" basis. This enables groups without funding to establish the viability of their ideas and construct effective fundraising applications.
By working closely with our clients, we better understand their needs. This allows us to develop a realistic package of proposals that matches the needs of the community, to the available sources of funding.

Our goal is to design solutions that are appropriate to the need. We do this by involving the client as much as possible. Collaboration and being user-led, allows us to better understand the requirements.
This allows us to create a package that is affordable, aspirational and manageable. Not to mention innovative, safe and low maintenance.
Accessible to All
We work hard to ensure that our designs are open and usable to all members of the community. Not only do we take care to make sure the facilities cater for mobility, sight and hearing, but we also consider the cultural impact of a building.
Environmentally Friendly
We love to be “green”! Our buildings are energy efficient and use sustainable resources. We help the environment by recycling, minimising waste and toxicity, on our projects.
From designing environmentally friendly buildings, to providing energy efficient advice, we are active in promoting environmental awareness.
