Can a dream become a reality? We can help you discover the answer with our feasibility studies. We will try to establish whether the ideas that your group have for a building or piece of land are realistic and achievable.

Every study will be different depending on how much detail is required to satisfy funders and other parties. However, they normally contain some sketch designs for a group’s ideas and an estimate of the total project cost.

Initially Comtechsa will work with your group to establish as far as possible the exact nature of the activities that you wish to carry out in a building or on a piece of land. The study will then go on to investigate areas such as suitability, condition, legal issues, access, energy efficiency, management, sustainability and cost.
