As part of our faculties at Duke Street, we have a pleasant meeting room which is available to tenants and outside organisations. With a variable room layout, it can seat upto 18 people in a boardroom setting or a maximum of 25 people theatre style.  

With costings per morning or afternoon session, it is an ideal setting for Conferences, meetings, interviews and training sessions.

• Ground floor room approximately 25 ft by 13 ft (30m2 /325 sq.ft.) equipped with:
• Board room type chairs and tables
  
• Magnetic dry wipe boards
  
• Normal range of audio visual equipment
  
• Low surface temperature radiators with individual thermostatic controls
  
• Openable windows

Refreshments are available at a cost of £1.00 per person per break. Our reception can also provide office bureau facilities (photocopying, fax, etc) if required.

All costs also include use of audio visual equipment, flipchart stand, paper and dry wipe pens.

Car Parking

We have disabled parking immediately outside the building, a supervised car park opposite and pay and display facilities on Duke Street itself.

Access to Public Transport

Paradise Street Bus Station, Central Station and Lime Street Station are all within short walking distances.
